Lyn Constable Maxwell                                                       English Lyn is a sculptor and painter trained in the figurative tradition. Her bronzes are in private and public collections in U.K. and Europe. Awards include a diploma at the 'Venice Biennale' and a Prince of Wales award for the 'Aberfan Memorial'. She was artist in residence at Winchester Cathedral In1991. This exhibition, inspired by the works of Shakespeare, is a marriage of sculpture and painting using mixed media.

Ses bronzes figurent dans de nombreuses collections privées et publiques. Elle a reçu plusieurs prix dont le diplôme de la Biennale de Venise et le prix du Prince de Galles pour le mémorial d’Aberfan.En 1991 elle fut l’artiste en residence à la Cathédrale de Winchester. "I am a figurative sculptor, working primarily in bronze. I aim to interpret the wishes of my commissioning client both imaginatively and architecturally. I am delighted to welcome visitors to my studio in France, or meet clients in England. My work is suitable for gardens, schools, hospitals and churches. I also produce smaller presentation pieces to commemorate special occasions."
